Fields of Dreams event in Waxhaw NC

?This was a very special portrait session I did as part of the ‘Fields of Dreams’ event created by Julie Phillips Staley {In His Image Photography} to create portraits for children and families dealing with childhood cancer. These sweet children really affected everyone at the event, and I feel both honored and humbled to have been able to participate.

Myrtle Beach photographer {Mr. Gorgeous}

? It’s always a treat to get to head back down to North Myrtle Beach, so I was thrilled when “Mr. Gorgeous’s” grandmother wanted to do his portraits at the beach. They wanted to send his daddy (who is away serving our country!) some updated photos. Mr. Gorgeous is 3 years old…and FULL of energy!

Baby Bridgeman {5 weeks old}

Meet baby boy Bridgeman!

New Year!

Happy New Year!

Who’s making resolutions this year? I hate to say that I am, because resolutions is such a strong word- I feel like I’m setting myself up for failure from the beginning. I like to think of them more as fluid lifestyle changes…or goals…or something like that.

Twelve Days of Christmas {Day two}

Welcome to Day two of the Twelve Days of Christmas, and thank you for stopping by! This contest is all about thanking you for your support, and also to expose you to some of the fabulous vendors I have the luck to be able to work with. I hope you enjoy it, and good luck!

There will be a prize given away each day December 12-23, and a GRAND PRIZE winner chosen at random on Christmas Eve.

Jackson’s first Halloween

OhMyGoodness…….. I LOVE Halloween, and this year was the best Halloween ever because we have our sweet little Jackson and we get to experience every holiday from now on with fresh eyes! We didn’t take him out trick or treating this year, but we had TONS of trick or treaters come to our door {when you give out 16 ounce Sun Drop bottles, word gets out}, and Jackson was enamoured with all the kids in their costumes. His big cousin Charlee and two of his ‘baby friends’ also came to visit, so he had a wonderful night.

Bridal portraits {Laura} South Mountain, NC

Now that Laura and Ke’s fabulous wedding has happened, I can share Laura’s lovely bridal images! I LOVE a good outdoor bridal portrait session…and this has got to be one of my favorites!

Children {Gabbie}

Gabbie is straight up ADORABLE… I wouldn’t say she had a lot of patience with the portrait session itself, but she was cute enough we got plenty of sweet portraits before she was all done! ;) {In her defense, it was nearing time for bed and yet still hot out!}
